    Default How has everyone been?

I haven't been on here in a while, as I've been pretty busy lately. How is everyone doing?

Welcome back Don! I was just thinking of you yesterday when I saw this link on the CMC regarding a buff job on a B-17:

No! Car has been sitting in my "snow globe" all winter. I called the interior guy over a week ago, told him that the economy blows, and I'll have to wait another year to get the car done, so I'll pick up the top that I already paid for (that he said he has) and a door panel and any other parts. This way the car stays together, and maybe next spring we'll try again.

Of course, no answer. I don't think he ever bought the top that I paid for, and he's out of money. I'm going to talk to a local guy in Lake Villa and see what he would charge to complete the job. I'm still not amused about this.

No word on the book, but I do know that the next 352nd Fighter Group reunion is going to be in DC on Oct 1-3 this year. Other than that, no news on anything.

I did however, find the flight cadet yearbook from 1941 that George Preddy (who's plane is represented on the side of my car) was in! Nice find!
