Stock tires last year, but i will put on some Firestone Winterforce these year just on my rears. it handles fine, the car tells you what it about to do way before it going to do it. The only reason i am getting snow tires is because it can be a B**** to get moving.

Tj, so what are you driving as a DD?

My wife and I (mostly her) drove a 94 Mustang GT as a DD for 6 winters. I picked up a set of Blizzaks for the first winter on a set of 15 inch black steel wheels as our 94 was ordered with the 17 inch rims (remember, when the 17's first came out, they were only offered with "summer" tires, all seasons were not available).
Those tires, plus two "tubes" of sand (40 lbs each) in the trunk and it handled jsut fine.

im tempted to try this lol..main reason i put the stang away tho is cuz of all the driving i did during the summer..i wanna keep the mileage down..
