LOL- There was a great Double K show in Oak Brook today in the Promonade-fabulous new location and will be held again next year. It was completely filled! Two cars really stood out and I have no pics....BUT a 1954 Corvette which was so amazingly perfect and a 1957 dark green Caddy with a black cloth vert top! Vette took Best of...Caddy placed top 10. I also placed in the top 40.:)

BUT...on the way home on RT56, people just kept cutting me off! The 3rd time it happened, the car in front of me goes into the left turn lane just west of 355...oh but NOOOOOO..he changes his mind and cuts me off so he can turn left at the next light. What am I invisable???? He finally finds the left turn lane again and I just nailed it getting rubber out of second and SCREAMED past his opened windows. Freakin' MORON! But my car sounded good.

Now....I'm thinking I need to get this ride louder than it is just so the Morons can HEAR me cuz they certainly aren't seeing us. Freaks..Ok rant over

But the show....I totally recommend it for next year. It was fun

That happened to me on Friday. I think its something about chicks driving Mustangs. *shrug*

Ya, I saw that show on the net and thought it would be cool to go.
I didn't want to get lost in the crowd so I passed on that one.
Would have loved to see pics...shame on you!!!!!!!! :ohsnap:

Yeah..I was filling out my ballot,, in record time BTW cuz I knew what I wanted to win and left the camera in the car! 1st time I ever did that..maybe because I deleted a boatload of old photos on my PC, might have swayed me from shooting.

But seriously...I'm still not sure I should make Natasha LOUD, last thing I need is cops on my butt ticketing me for no plate and loud exhaust. IDN...so much to buy and so little money left over....:)
