Since we brought it up in the WSC Car Show thread...I have offered to host a "Meet & Greet & Detail Class" at my house!

I think Shar has an idea of someone who can run the detail class, and I've got the driveway space and the water access...I don't know what else I need!

I've got a grill - we can BBQ and have beverages and make my neighbors jealous! (well, except for the one with the Vette)

I'm not sure when/if people are going to want to do this (I live down by I-55 and I-355) so I'll throw up a general poll and then we can narrow it down if there is interest.

Thanks!

Paula

I voted May but most likely any of them will work but as always depends on the specific day but I would be interested.

Showcar I'm sure could do it, his classes aren't free, but well worth it. I have personally taken his first class. At the carshow he may be holding a detail tech session to go over some of the basics, we are still working out the fine details on this. Send Showcar a PM and talk to him about it.

So we could each pay an admission if you will, to cover Steve's cost. I am working lots of overtime on Saturdays and expect that to continue through at least May. Lets see what Steve schedule is like.

But Paula, that sounds like an excellant idea and we can all bring food to share OR pay a pro rated for costs. : ) How nice of you to do this and you would learn alot too. Actually I can learn alot also. : )
