Yes, this weekend looks to be a good time for a cruise!
But where?
I was thinking on heading to Grayslake with a stop at Dog N' Suds at 454 Center St., Grayslake.
Just west of route 83.
Maybe a imprompto G2G?????
I called, there open!
Anyone want to join Michelle and myself?
Michelle and I were thinking somewhere around 1-1:30?

Not sure if I can, thats just down the road from me basically. Its supposed to be a decent day out too. I'll have to see what I have going on tomorrow if I'm free.

Hmmm could that be the Fort Wayne Library? They used to have a great collection there back in the day when I was doing my family history.

No, it's the South Bend Area Genealogical Society @ Mishawaka Penn Library...that's where my mom's dad's side of the family is from and there's a ton of them buried there but not in any records the SBAGS has published!

Wasn't much of a cruise for me since I was close, but got a chance to get the car out for the 2nd time this year. Had some lunch and a good time :023:

Hey my other club has an identical GO...lol I thought it was you! It was a beautiful day and felt really good to drive the car again. I think I'll forget about an X pipe...it's fine the way it is.

Oops, guess I missed it.
I took my Limer out for a cruise up to Lake Geneva for it's first outing of the year today. Not much of a cruise for me, Lake Geneva's only 15 minutes from my place but it was good to get out on Rt 12 in WIS to give her lungs a work out. Easy enough and typically safe enough for short bursts toward triple digits...:drive:

Sorry for the one day notice everybody, but....
It was a great day for a cruise!
Was good to see Dan again, making me realize summer is just around the corner.
Dan dropped off my black T-shirt.
The shirt came out real nice.
Dan also gave me a Windycitystang window decal.
I got a silver one, very cool!
I put mine just below the Indianapolis Speedway sticker on the front window....the silver sparkles in the sunlight.
Dog n Suds was a great nostalgic spot for lunch.
Car hops come up to the car and they bring your lunch on a window tray...pretty cool.
Here's a few pics from Michelles phone camera...I forgot the real camera..DOH!

On the drive back "out of the boonies" we drove through Long Grove to find the place pretty crowded so we didn't stop.
It was a blast just to get out for the drive!
