It needs a bigger fuel pump so gave them the ok to ahead and do it. Sounds like the install will be done by monday and tuning between wednesday and friday

That is strange. The car it came off of had an OEM fuel pump with 39lb injectors.

Maybe they will get even better numbers.

Kurgan will put magic in that thing.

thats what i told him. but he said that krugan has found that it tends to lean out so the fuel pump would help.

A friend on another forum just had a whipple installed with the help of some friends who work in Fords machine shop.
Bigger injectors, rails, fuel pump....they said the pump is a PITA to remove and reinstall!
I'm sure your gonna be burning tires when all is said and done...maybe investing in some Goodyear stock is in order????
Thanks for keeping us appraised of the project.
I may want to know of a performance shop in the near future.
And details about the shop would be appreciated.

Spoke to Bob today and the tuning will be done on Friday at 3pm

They had put in a startup tune yesterday. She ran good. Today 3pm they are going to start the dyno tuning. I will be there for that i'm so excited.I will let everyone know the out come.

Ok, Ok, I can verify the 406HP and the 368 Torque.


He's got them framed in his garage. If, I didn't know any better, I would have thought that we would have them under his pillow.
