when should I put on my summer rims

My car is a dd, so in the winter I put on the stock rims on. It been nice out for the past few day and I am wondering when I should put back on my nice Chrome GT 500 rims. I miss them but I don't want to be riding on them in a snow storm.

April's usually a good bet. Unil April, some mornings could still be too cold for some "summer" tires. May would be better if your summer tires are not so hot in the rain.

+1 Yeah there is temptation to get em on now..but hold off. We've had snow in April too. I don't think Winter is done with Chicago yet. Man it is still warm out! : ) But there is soooooo much salt on the street...it's like everywhere.

TAX DAY( april 15) FTW! Ryan I know what you mean I want to drive my fox and put the FR's back on the 98 so bad. Its supposed to be cold next week so it will be a little easier to wait.

I'd say April 1st is even safe but with this winter there'll probably be snow in the forecast in July!
