Skips Auto Swap at the new Lake Co. Fairgrounds is tomorrow. We are going. Its fun to walk around and look at some of the stuff they have. Anyone who wants to go let me know. I want to go also to check out the new fairgrounds. 7$ to get in.

Is any of it indoors? Weather kinda sucks, though it should be done snowing by Sunday.

You guys missed an AWESOME Skips. It was 95% inside and there was so much stuff. The new facility is nice and it was layed out so much better than the old Fairgrounds.

yea I'd like to see the new fairgrounds, don't need anything from a swap meet though so no sense in me going. I'm sure ill see it this season at one of thier carshows

I'm just wondering....
What is it like?
A flea market for new and aftermarket car parts?
Does Skip have a web site describing the events.
Are they always the third Sunday of every month?
Always at the fairgrounds????
This maybe something I would be interested in but know nothing about.

Andy I thought of you. There was a beautiful GO diecast for 10$. It is like a big flea market full of car parts, tools and lots of other stuff. It is a few times a year and goes back and forth from the Lake Co fairgrounds and the McHenry Co fairgrounds. Next one is in Woodstock in April. Here is more info..http://www.skipsusa.com/

Dan they actually had a guy there who does carbon fiber painting/airbrushing on stock parts and he had a new mustang valve cover and upper intake done for the 05+ mustangs
