Well, I am "NOT" Holding my breath!!!

While surfing Facebook, I found that Texaco is celebrating people who love their cars in nationwide virtual car show contest, but unlike the other car shows, your votes will determine the winning cars from six eras between 1903 and the new millennium.
Your votes helps decide the winners! (...but not the deciding factor!)

I basically entered because I just did a photoop at the Route 66 Gas Station Museum in Dwight, Illinois and thought it was too much of a coincidence...so, what the heck!

Here is my submittal....

...you can see it at.....

You help in deciding which rides the judges look at but you have to register so I'm not asking anyone to do so.
If you want to though, this is what I copied from the site.....

ONLINE VOTING: Online visitors to http://www.texacocarofthedecades.com can browse and vote on posted vehicle entries beginning at 7:00 PM EST on October 06, 2010, and ending at 7:00 PM EST on October 27, 2010. Before voting, voters must register in the same manner described for contestants. Each individual may only register once to participate as a voter. Sponsor will remove any registrations suspected to be fraudulent or duplicate. During the voting period, voters may only cast (1) one vote per individual vehicle entered in the Contest. Voters may also cast (1) one vote for each additional vehicle entered in the Contest. VOTERS MAY NOT CAST MORE THAN ONE VOTE FOR ONE PARTICULAR VEHICLE. When a voter casts a vote for a particular vehicle, a cookie is placed on the voter’s computer as part of the Contest’s fraud prevention tools. The cookie prevents another vote from being cast from that computer for the same vehicle.

See what I mean....don't bother...just thought it was cool that just days before I was at that historical Gas Station.
As of today, you have 1 days left to submit your car...Good Luck!!!!

I've got a few of my Sadie in that very same spot that I took a few months back! Very cool. Sure wish I had known about this earlier!
