I finally decided to get the seats swapped in my '98 Cobra with a set of Black & Tan '03 Cobra seats. It looks alot better than before & the seats are more comfortable too!
Here are the pics before:

they look great Chris, Are they more comfortable than the others? Maybe a black glove box cover too. Good job. See you in the morning at Grayslake.

Yeah, I know I need to change a few more pieces in the interior, but at least now the car is looking better & newer than before.

Thanks! Yes, they are more comfortable & supportive than the old ones. I still need to change a few more of the interior pieces to match the seats better. They look alot better in person than in the pics.

Excellent. As far as the wiring goes, was it plug and play? Did the sn95 generation plug and wire plug right in and supply power to the side bolster adjustment, inflating back cushion ect?

You'll surely find the 03/04 gray/black cobra rear vert seats eventually.
I wonder if putting in charcoal gray or black carpet might bring it together so that you wont have to change out the door panels, rear interior quarter panels and dash?

Actually, I had to do some wiring changes because the connector on the '03 seats was a four pin type & the one on the '98 seats was a two pin connector. After I did all the wiring everything works fine. The black & tan Cobra seats are one of the rarest ones to find. I have the rear seats, but they are for a coupe not a vert, so I have swap mine for the right ones. I think I'm going to just change a few more interior pieces to black to even out the color combo.

Thanks Andy, I really like them alot & they help to make the car look newer too.

Thanks & yes, I know you are Doug. After a few more things get done to the interior I will have a custom look for the car like others do.

I'm glad you like them. It feels like a fresh look for the car & makes me love the car even more.

As you may know SVTperformance is a very nice resource for these. You might want to post a wanted ad in their classifieds for the rears. Other than that eBay is my 2nd favorite place for that stuff.

Yeah it is Steve and thanks for the ideas. I actually found a set of black & tan rear conv't. seats that are located at MPS. I'm going to call them on Monday to see if I can trade mine for those or if I just can buy them outright. I can't wait to finish the interior on the car & get it all set to go. Then that will complete the look for the car all around.

Awesome update- I got the rear seats I needed from MPS to complete the set & they will be here on Thursday or Friday. I will get them in the car in time for Sunday's big car show at Bahama Breeze. I'm so excited to find them, because I have been looking for the rear seats since March! New pics will be coming of the whole interior soon.

I will definitely keep that in mind.

Thanks, finally I'm getting around to doing the interior to complete the look of the car.

Thanks Ryan! I needed to do this, because the front seats were really starting to show their age.

Excellent. Where did you end up finding the rears? The centers of the seats arent all that far off from the other tan in the car but it will good to see what else you're planning on to make it blend well.

Steve, I found them at MPS Auto Salavge in GA. Yeah, I'm still deciding what other pieces to change to black to better match the seats. I will have the car the Bahama Breeze on Sunday & I am hoping that some members from WCS will give me some ideas on what to do.

It wouldnt be too hard to find a 99-04 charcoal grey interior for it. The pain in the ass of it would be switching out the dash. The existing 96-98 "black" stuff you have is close enough the 99-04 charcoal gray, so the cup holder, e-brake and door panel cups you could keep possibly without having to get new ones.
