This is a full unopened fully licensed version of Windows Vista. It has the 32bit or 64bit version whichever you choose to install (it will not let you do more then one PC) This is the full edition, not the upgrade.
I was saving this in case I decided to built a new pc, but it doesn't look like that will happen any time soon so figured I'd try and sell it.
It sells for about $320 at bestbuy. Asking $200
