I had no idea what "The Promenade Bolingbrook" is!
I found the link with directions...looks like a shopping plaza experience.
Looks like it's a nice place for a cruise in....here is the link....

Unfortunately, it's Wednesday at 5:15pm and it's raining....I will be keeping this place in mind for next Wednesday....thanks for the thread Ryan!
Do you know what part of the parking lot the cruise in will be? ...near Macys? ...Bass Pro shop? ...the cimema?
