Actually, I plan on doing as many home repairs as I can afford this year. We've been here 10 years now and while we spent the first five years renovating and basically killing ourselves to fix up the house we've spent the last five years on cars and toys and it's time to get back to basics. The house needs a repaint, I'd like to rebuild the front porch, and at least 5 windows will be replaced this year come hell or high water! Yeah, this place is a money pit but there really is no place like home.....
