I'm worried about the 1/2 inch of ice they're calling for south of I-80. that stuff SUCKS! I'll take a foot of snow any day. Actually, 12 inches ain't jack. I grew up near Buffalo where 3 feet of snow isn't unusual. That was fun growing up as a kid!

ditto, I'll take a foot or more of snow over even a 1/4 inch of ice, let alone 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of ice.

Anyway, looks like we now dodged the bullet for this afternoon's rush hour. But Friday AM we probably won't be so lucky...

Glad the storm slowed down and hopefully we all made it home. I stayed out the day, however they may shut down tomorrow and have the call list! SNOW DAY FTW!!!
