I think I read about this last year, but didn't go. If I have nothing going on I might see if I can hit it up

I went. It's not a cool as the one in St. Charles but it's still worth going to.

For those of you who went last year, who were some of the vendors?
I will be looking for a professional mod installer fall of 2009 to add a few performance mods....long headers, mufflers, pulleys, intake mod and tune, maybe x-charger (kinda pricey thou), driveshaft...nothing too drastic...it's only a 4.0 V6.
I am also looking at a chin spoiler and three pillar pod gauges...........I wanna a V6 that is a sleeper but could give a ricer a run.

Intake, pulleys, mufflers, and driveshaft are not that hard to do. I could help you if you like. Headers are hard on our cars that something i would have a shop do. Wolf, installed a x-charger himself.

Thanks Ryan!
Let's start tommarrow!!!!
Just kidding......
..... I am kinda handy too, just getting too old to have the patience to tackle anything mechanical anymore.
I would like someone to warranty their work.
I may change my mind about doing it myself as the weather warms up....
...I know labor costs aren't cheap.
Some people have that "GO TO" local mechanic who they know did Johnny's Mustang and did it right....that's the person I'm looking for!!!!!!
More of a tuner shop than a replace parts mechanic.
Someone who's installed a Whipple and X-charger, knows the difference, tricks, and tips, pros and cons, has 5 stangs currently being modded in the shop, and loves the business.

intake is a 20min job, and the mufflers would be easy to since your car has not see rain or snow. I don't really know any shop north of schaumburg. Well there is Postman but he out near Byron, il

I might be down. I'll be flying in from Orlando that Saturday late at night. I want to check this out though.
