LOL yep, I can even drive one handed and multitask at the same time. OMG I really never do this kind of stuff while driving but the moment was THERE! You'll notice I didn't do much footage. : )
Yes, the Escape kicks ass! OMG..I have never driven anything like this is snow-Fantastic!!! We had about 3.5 inches on the ground. No I don't need 4WD. This is fine. : )
:banana::banana: Hell YEAH!!! Doin' the dance of joy!!!
I'm going to be broke but OMG...glad I got it Joanna!!! HI LARRY!!!
Except for traffic of course, I had not one problem. But I wasn't flying down the streets either because there is still ice and there was still alot of snowy areas that looked unplowed. Lagrange Road just sucked...took me 20 minutes just to get out of work and turn the corner at the stop light.
Does Pep Boys have snow blades? There is one near work and I really want snow blades on the wipers. I need a back one also...didn't really clean the window so it must be like the original wiper blade. Ugh...

Really..these are not the "normal" winters I remember. We used to get these 3"-6" storms once in a while with most snows flurries to an inch. Now every freaking time we turn around, we get dumped on! I remember last winter when I returned to work from surgery leave, we were getting lots of these nasty 3-5" storms and yeah during rush hour! Damn it do this crap on the weekend...oh wait we're supposed to get something over the weekend now!
I seriously don't remember Winters this bad so early on...we do need a party!!! I hope Sunday is not snowing.....flurries, yeah I can take flurries.: )

Shar its not your imagination. Here is a paragraph from the Daily Herald today.
In the first half of December 2007, the region saw 8.7 inches of snow and 2.21 inches of rain, sleet and other precipitation compared to 8.5 inches and 2.46 inches in the same time period this year. Meteorologist Stephen Rodriguez of the National Weather Service in Romeoville said the usual levels of snow and other precipitation are 3.6 inches and 1.28 inches, respectively. So we're ahead of schedule.
YIKES!!
