Ok it's official...I am poor.

I bought the 2008 white V6 Escape. It has Leather, it has moon roof it has no dings or dents and I have my complete warrantee. Gosh, I have never had 2 cars...I have a choice. : ) No my Stang can rest up and not be tortured in snow storms.

I'm not postin pics..its an Escape we all know what they look like.; ) I just love the luxury of chosing my ride now. LOL

Yeah Ryans eyes would have been popping out of their sockets watching me climb a hill sideways....enough's enough!

Yeah I KNOW!! I sit soooooo high now. Got to get used to all this..I get the owners manual next week along with my remote start! This car will be sitting outside always, how nice to have it started, warm and get some of that ice off of it before I get to it. : ) Man...that's very cool!!!

Yeah I CRINGE when I see someone chatting on their phone BEHIND me! Like OMG do not HIT my car.

Well I have been driving Stangs since 2004 in all our Winter weather but last Monday just scared the **** out of me. That was really the worst I've ever been in. I will say one great thing...even though I could not get up the hill in Glen Ellyn, at least there was a shopping area where I was able to continue......sideways, but got out of the traffic. Seriously had there been no way to get off the road. I'd be stuck there or start sliding down into the car behind me. I've NEVER been in that situation. I will never take that way again in snowy weather, but damn all this I88 tollway construction is horrible.

Yep...snow is coming. We will see what Escape can do. I took it out to Prospect Heights and was on the expressway-really SWEET! Quiet smooth really liked it. I just need to check out these tires...too dark to write down what they are. This is a Georgia car and these are Continental tires...too dark to get numbers.

The weather has been crappy....You'll all see it Sunday..no biggy, a white SUV. Cute ride tho...:) I mean where's the WOW factor, heh heh. None...just a slow white brick driving down the road.

Awww thanks. I really like it and I'll like it better once it THAWS out. The windshield washer on the passenger side is still frozen and that wiper blade is also even after I scraped the ice bits out of it. Nasty if those things are frozen and traffic kicks up wet snow/mud and you can't get it off. Luckily I got my side working again. This all worked very fine on Sunday afternoon.


someday I will but a new car. Maybe next car I but will be new Well this is my second used car and I like it..seems to be OK: )

I bet you wish it had tire chains ,( if you guys had the Ice we got,) I had to drive to frickin Iowa this morning, seen 50+ cars in the ditch, even seen some idiot flying in a tempo smash into a 18wheeler, the 18 wheeler won.

iowa is terrible! the sides and middle of the road look like a junk yard in the winter there are always so many cars in the ditches! lol they never tow those people out....

Actually this Escape 2WD did absolutely FABULOUS!!!!! It handled like a dream and I could relax in all the traffic. I could also conquer HILLS in a single bound! Superman would be proud! : ) I am soooooooo happy with my ride. Only thing I need is snow blades...the ice build up is a pain and by the time I did get home my drivers window wasn't so clear anymore....

The new ride did OK. The secondary street wasn't plowed this morning. I almost turned back,, it was difficult but I made it to the RT 56 and while snow covered, it had been plowed. I did well.: ) I really like it...REALLY like it. Been trying to find some mods for it, then I snap out of it.....LOL
