OK so I already have some ideas for events that I would like to do next season. Some of these were ideas I wanted to do this year but never took off, one was something I really wanted to do and it was even sort of organized by a member and weather killed it.

So I'm putting up a poll, just check the ones that you would have interest in, and feel free to throw out your ideas as well. We've got plenty of time but just want to get a feel on the interest.

Hmmmmm well I don't like camping and I like shorter cruises better so I guess I won't vote here since I don't think I would do any of these.

Yea I love it, and depends on who is interested when we do it for which location, but I was thinking more centrally located vs the further north or in the city of chicago

Hey now that's not fair. I drive my car every single day of the year unlike some people. I put a lot of miles on it that's why I don't want to go on long ass cruises putting like 300 miles on the car in one day. Just sayin....

I tried to do Starved rock last year. Its a great place and great time. I would be for a Wis drive as long as people did the Starved rock cruise. But Whirly Ball????

I'm up for most anything...fishing anyone?? lol
Starved rock is awesome, I also know of a couple of places where we can do a picnic thing, there's a couple of lakes and some great driving roads in the area. Kyra was at one of the lakes, it's south off 83 and 95th. Good for photos, car detailing, etc...

I'd like to host a backyard party too....have Dan do his DJ thang.....BBQ and a car movie like Bullit or Vanashing point! I have a projector and back yard movie screen. Perfect setting for a camp fire too!

The indoor racing is fun, I've done it a few times, basically high speed go-karts. Only issue is its almost $100 to get a few races in.

Let's cruise through the nice neighborhoods of Kenosha and Racine along the Lakefront! There's a nice park along there somewhere we could take pics!

Is there interest in doing a "ladies only" cruise/cruise-in again?

Ok, ok, since the "long day cruise" possibly through WI is currently leading, I'll pitch one suggestion...

A cruise to the Dells and tie it in with the Automotion weekend. Late May, show is for 1989 and older, so no show for most of us, but a great excuse to see some awesome cars and I am sure a great way to attract some attention of our own! I've personally never been, but looks like a blast.
