What town is WCS based out of?
Are there many members from the Downers Grove area? I like to cruise whenever I can, it would be great to have other Stangs from my area to cruise with on those spontaneous moments!! (if ya know what I mean!)
I won't store my Stang till the first snow, I want to drive it as long as the roads are clear...I plan to drive it whenever I can during the winter too on nice days....better for the car, best for me!!

We are not based out of anywhere really, just the chicagoland area in general. Seems mostly the burbs, and all members are encouraged to recruit and spread the word. We have members from the south, west, and north. Have had alot of the northern members recruit and thus the northerners have grown quicker it seems. I am in the north myself, but travel all over during the carshow season.
We had 2 carshows this year that were based in Elgin, and many events and small gatherings all over. The Schaumburg area seems to be centrally located so that tends to be a good meeting point sometimes as well.
So the short answer, everywhere possible. And everyone in the club is encouraged to schedule things or let everyone know about shows and events, that way whomever can get out and make it does usually. I like to think of it as by the members for the members even though this year many of the official scheduled things were put together by myself.

I'll do my best to bring in some newbies, there's quite a few people in my area with Stangs, this will give me a great reason to meet them!!

Nope, I win!
Ryan (SuperSonic05) is a close 2nd in Bolingbrook.
I won't speak for him but I'm up for cruising whenever! I'll send you a PM with my phone number.
I also have club business cards I can give you to hand out to your prospective recruits. Since I'm *so good* at handing them out myself :)

I hear ya regarding girls and secrets! I cruise year round as long as the sun is out and the streets are dry....I used to store my cars until I started having problems, rust for one, mice, squeaks, (not related to mice) water in gas (even with full tank) water in oil, seals go bad, etc...I am sure it was due to cold and moisture, if I had a heated garage it would be a different story!
Ambenz, do you store in winter? (looks like you do nut have to ask anyways)

.....Ambenz, do you store in winter?
I usually quit running the Mustang when the first snow hits.
I have a three car (natural gas heated) garage.
I usually don't use the heater unless I'm working on something and don't want to freeze.
I cant' see wasteing money on heat unless it makes me comfortable.
